Another busy year has flown by and we can’t believe we’re heading towards 2024 already!
So, it’s that time of year to reflect on the past year and share some of our most memorable moments, as well as say a huge thank you to our clients, partners and team for their continued support throughout 2023.
We hosted CIO led events / webinars focusing on lessons learned from their recent EPR implementation experiences.
These sessions provided us with some fantastic tips and candid insights including:
- Take the people with you and look after them. It’s an operational thing, not a digital thing.
- It’s all about the people, not the technology, but do make sure you have a good, basic infrastructure in place.
- It’s a long and disruptive journey, so make it clear what is in it for the team and the benefits it will bring eventually.

We’ve also been busy in the public sector…
Migration of over 2m records for Lancashire County Council, improving data quality as they moved to Oracle Fusion.
Appointed to lead the data migration programme for South Yorkshire Police.
Partnering with SOCITM to provide end-to-end ERP data migration for Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Our sponsorship at the ERP Today Awards & Fundraiser 2023 enabled 30 NHS front-line workers to attend.
We spent quality time as a team, whilst raising money for NHS charities. We took part in the tug of war, which saw Team Egress take on the NHS. Some of our team also took part in the laser clay activity, cocktail making, mini golf and courageously (or crazily) taking on the Bucking Bronco!
We created exciting partnerships and joined leading industry bodies:

We partnered with Founda Health, to bring a new standards-based integration platform to the UK.
We joined TechUK, to share knowledge & help shape the future of digital data transformation.
