Joe, our CEO has been working in the IT & Business Transformation industry for over 16 years. He has delivered multiple large-scale programmes for clients such as the Department of Work & Pensions, Capita and Birmingham City Council.
Over recent years, Joe has advised Public and Private sector clients through their transformation journeys, holding Practice Lead and Director positions at several, leading industry consultancies.
James joined the Egress Group team in 2022 and plays an essential role in directing the day-to-day operations and financial growth of the business.
James has over 25 years experience across a number of sectors, including multi-national corporations. He is a strategic COO and CFO, skilled in building and leading teams and supporting growth in ambitious businesses.
Darren has been with Egress since 2014, starting as Senior Integration Consultant, then Head of Implementation. He has 24+ years experience in the industry, delivering complex integration and data migration programmes.
With a breadth of knowledge across the industry, Darren is now CTO, responsible for the Group’s technology strategy and focused on the expansion of our product offerings.
Laurence joined Egress following an impressive 20+ years as a Sales Director across multiple health organisations, including NHS, McKesson UK, Serco, as well as Commercial Director at the Department of Health.
Laurence is a business and relationship development specialist, with more than a decade of successful experience spent operating at senior levels across the NHS and its regulatory bodies.
Laurence is now responsible for leading our commercial, sales and account management teams, working closely with our clients and partners.
