Great to see so many of the team in the office this week for our usual quarterly get together, with a difference on this occasion …
After the regular updates from Joe, our CEO, and James, our CFO / COO, we were joined by Peter Collins who facilitated workshop sessions for us, all focused on our key values.
Everyone had the opportunity to present their own ideas on how we can continuously improve for the benefit of staff, the business as a whole and for all our healthcare, public and private sector clients.
The warm-up was interesting and fun. Turns out that not only are our people experts in their respective fields, but in their spare time are also keen linguists, musicians, martial artists, free divers, cooks, bakers, the list goes on (although no candlestick makers!)
Thanks to our team who all actively participated and generated some innovative ideas we can act upon, both right now and longer-term.
