East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust (ELH) were in the process of completing a strategic review of their technology estate and its utilisation in preparation for the deployment of a new Electronic Patient Record within the next 2-3 years. As with many NHS Trusts, ELH had experienced a challenge in securing and retaining capable resource to support their integration and interface development needs.
